Oh oh I do I do! I do this for DBT, too, I list out 1 accomplishment that I've done every day--my default when I've had a shitty day or nothing really good has happened is "I was able to get out of bed today" or "I had breakfast even when I didn't want to" or even just "I'm capable of doing things I don't enjoy" or something like that. Remember that even small good things are good things.
